Can I fast track my order?
Most of my items are posted second class via Royal Mail. On average, UK deliveries will arrive within 5-7 days from the day of ordering.
You can upgrade your shipping options once you're on the basket page. Most items are available to fast track (order will arrive within 2-4 days).
If you have any questions regarding delivery turnarounds, please drop me a message.
Can I have my order gift wrapped and sent direct to a friend?
Of course! I offer a gift wrapping service for a small charge, you can add this once the item is in your basket. I will then wrap your order up nice and pretty, along with a gift message and send direct to your friends/family without any receipts. Please leave their delivery address at check out.
You can leave your chosen gift message in the "notes" section at check out, or alternatively send it via Etsy message once you've completed the order.
Do you create bespoke designs for wedding stationery?
I do offer a bespoke design service for some items such as save the dates, invitations and on-the-day stationery such as welcome signs, table plans and menus. If you're looking for something unique to match your colour scheme or theme, please drop me a message via Etsy or email hello@paperflore.co.uk, I'd love to discuss your ideas!
There is a small fee to create a bespoke design, which is only payable once. For example, if you order bespoke save the dates you'll pay the design fee at this stage, but there is no additional charges if you'd like to have the same design printed on your wedding invitations, menus, welcome sign etc.
Can you design matching invitations to your save the dates?
Yes! Invitations are my favourite item to make so please get in touch if you have any queries. I don't advertise my full range of invitations on my Etsy shop due to the wide range of options available.
Any designs seen across my Etsy shop can be adapted into invitations at no extra cost and I can create invitations to match any of my save the date designs. I also offer a bespoke design service if you'd like your invitations made uniquely to your wedding flowers, scheme or colours.

Can I order smaller quantities?
Most items require a minimum order due to the set up time and costs to run my printers and machinery.
However, if you have a request please drop me a message as I will always try my best to help. I am a tiny little business and I will always go above and beyond to make your stationery dreams come to life so please don't hesitate to contact me.
